Piranske soline

Piranske soline is a shop offering premium salt harvested on the Slovenian coast, at the Piran Saltworks, using a traditional, 700-year-old method and traditional tools. Apart from salt, the shop also sells various salt-based products including, among others, chocolate with fleur de sel, fragrant bath salts and other salt-based cosmetic products, home accessories such as salt mills and salt cellars, and more.

The Piran salt sold at the shop is harvested at the Sečovlje Salina Nature Park, one of the world's few salt works where salt is still harvested using ancient methods, whose results depend on natural forces such as the sun and the wind, the sea, and the diligence of salt harvesters. The salt from the Sečovlje Salina Nature Park is light and has an amazing taste, which adds a unique twist to culinary delights.
