The river Ljubljanica has its numerous sources only about 20 kilometres from Ljubljana, two of the most scenic ones located in the Močilnik valley near the town of Vrhnika. The sources are connected to the Greek legend about the Argonauts, who are believed to have stopped in the area, defeated a terrible dragon (now the symbol of Ljubljana), and disassembled their ship in order to be able to carry it to the Adriatic Sea and continue their journey to Greece.
At the Human Fish Brewery in Vrhnika, which has made a name for itself as one of the leading microbreweries in Slovenia, you will be acquainted with the process of beer making and taste various styles of beer (pale ale, stout, India pale ale, seasonal beer) served with a small snack.
The price includes return transfer from Ljubljana to the actual tour departure point, tourist guidance, and a beer tasting session.
