You will go into the heart of the Drava plain, where lies Ptuj, the oldest city in Slovenia, which flourished during the Roman era and has maintained its medieval old town and unique image.
Then you will drive to the foothills of the Pohorje mountain range to discover Maribor, with its beautiful town square. The oldest part of the city is romantic Lent, where you can see the oldest grapevine in the world and taste its unique wine in a wine cellar. At the end of an exciting day, you will have the chance to escape to the past by visiting the medieval Žiče Carthusian monastery, famous for its fascinating history.
