You can visit the cooking lab of the Center Rog creative centre to dry fruit in a state-of-the-art lyophilizer or to cook goulash for the entire factory. At the huge kitchen island, which features a view of the prototypes and 3D printers in the FAB lab, you will prepare brunch and get two innovative cooking recipes.

Discover the largest creative centre in Slovenia and the wider region

As you enter from the Ljubljanica embankment or from Park izbrisanih, you will find yourself in the former production hall. Today's creative centre stands on the foundations of 150 years of heritage, from the first tannery and leather goods factory to more than half a century of bicycle-making tradition. The programme of today's Center Rog is based around community production laboratories, which can be used by anyone who completes the necessary training.

Mix & Match Tastes

The people of Ljubljana call tarragon the dragon's herb, and mixing it with cottage cheese gives it a whole new character. This filling will thoroughly soak into the puff pastry, which you will assemble with a quick manual technique. You will also prepare a seasonal salad and add apples, walnuts, horseradish, and honey. While enjoying a delicious meal, you will also learn lots of secrets about Slovenian cuisine.
