Get to know the creative opus and life of the greatest Slovenian architect, Jože Plečnik. On a guided cycling tour you will visit his works outside the city centre.
Jože Plečnik (1872–1957), a resident of Ljubljana, is considered one of the world's most important pioneers of modern architecture. His creative opus had a significant impact on the appearance of three Central European cities: Vienna, Prague and especially his native Ljubljana. The guided tour includeshis following works: the Navje Memorial Park, Žale Funerary Complex (All Saints Garden), Church of St. Francis of Assisi in Šiška and National and University Library.
