The tour includes a lunch with Istrian cuisine in Croatia and Slovenia. After lunch, you will go for a coffee to Italy – to a city with some of the best coffee in Europe.
You will first visit the Croatian town of Hum, which is famous for being the smallest town in the world. In this small medieval city, you will try “bobiči”, a traditional vegetable soup with corn. The main course will be served in the Slovenian town of Kozina. Pork roast with sauteed potatoes and sauerkraut will be served. Homemade wine from the Karst region will be paired with the main course. After a tasty lunch, a cup of delicious coffee will be served in Italy.
