At Jadro Restaurant, the Adriatic Tuna Festival is taking place, where you can try tuna in various forms – from tartare and tataki to juicy tuna steaks. At TaBar, Saturdays are dedicated to oysters and fish crudo, all accompanied by sparkling wine from the pet-nat style.

For those following a vegan diet, November brings numerous workshops and events where you can discover new flavors and culinary techniques. At Gaudi&Naan, a workshop will teach you about vegan cooking based on Ayurvedic principles. If you're after something truly unique, don’t miss the Veganika x Aftr event, where chefs Jorg Zupan and Nika Babić will create a bold vegan menu that will surprise even the most devoted fans of plant-based cuisine. At the end of the month, Salon Sauvignon will host the Vegan Flavors Promenade at Salon Rogaška 1665, where three talented vegan chefs will prepare a three-course vegan menu, paired with carefully selected wines.
