Join us for a prestigious culinary evening dedicated to archive wines. Under the direction of Chef Igor Jagodic, a six-course menu will be presented, themed around archive wines from selected Slovenian wineries. The wines will be introduced by the winemakers themselves.

Through these archive wines, you will relive the era when they were born, while their pairing with exquisite dishes will reveal not only their depth and complexity but also their remarkable youthfulness and sparkle despite the passing years.

Our head roaster will welcome you and introduce you to the history of coffee, its varieties, and its culture. Embark on a two-day journey through the city, where you can savor food and natural wines at selected Ljubljana gastronomy establishments. Meet the chefs and winemakers personally, who will share their passion and knowledge with you. Attend lectures by chefs on culinary techniques and principles following the zero-waste philosophy, where nothing is wasted in the food preparation process. Winemakers will offer presentations on biodiversity in vineyards, characteristics of different Slovenian wine-growing regions, and the winemaking principles that characterize natural wines. Each gastronomic venue will also provide a musical backdrop with performances by musicians or selected themed DJs.

Ljubljana's craft brewery, Tektonik, will be brewing a special festival beer for the LUV fest, a hibiscus blonde ale. Come and taste it from February 11th onwards! On that day, you'll also enjoy a concert by singer-songwriter Ksenija Jus and her band (piano, flute). The concert will also take place at the brewery taproom on February 25th with the jazz band Miusow. Regular brewery tours will be available at a discounted price during the festival.
