Šiška heyday/Šiška Cultural Quarter presents itself

Šiška heyday is an event initiated by Ljubljana Tourism to establish the Šiška Cultural Quarter. It is based on a unique identity, diverse programs from cultural institutions, local landmarks, support for activities in the green spaces of Šiška, and all other meeting places and elusive lifestyles that bring the quarter to life together.

    About the Šiška Cultural Quarter

    Šiška is a city within a city. It has built such a strong identity that it’s mentioned in musical hits, a feature film was made about it, and it boasts the largest Slovenian brewery as well as a tenacious tribe of graffiti artists. Formerly a suburb of Ljubljana, Šiška is now a blend of urban openness with the local pride of a village.
