Red radishes have a purifying effect, and in the spring months, when they are still mild in flavor, they should become part of kitchen greetings, as they are a light, refreshing appetizer that revitalizes the body and awakens the appetite.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bunches of cleaned, trimmed, and halved radishes
  • 2 tablespoons of softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon of Piran sea salt flakes
  • 6 anchovy fillets
  • Slices of white bread, optional

PREPARATION METHOD

Serve the radishes with fresh local butter, Piran sea salt, and pickled anchovy fillets.
