The young chef, born into haute cuisine, certainly doesn’t rest on his family's laurels when it comes to his work. At JB Restaurant, he responsibly takes over the kitchen of the family restaurant and presents it to the world in a new light with his profound knowledge, relaxed and approachable demeanor, sparkling curiosity, and youthful daring. He is particularly inspired by the diverse flavors of the sea, and often expresses himself through the preparation of various types and shapes of pasta.
