A representative of the younger generation of Slovenian chefs, who in his culinary style continuously seeks a balance between striving for perfection and a sincere, heartfelt approach guided by creativity and playfulness. In his younger years, he successfully participated in numerous competitions, trained with experienced top chefs, and solidified his belief in a culinary career path under Janez Bratovž. However, on his ambitious culinary journey, he always listens to his heart, which ties him to his native Prekmurje, often paying homage to it through his dishes, and seeks creative ways to present proven classics in a modern way.
