The foundation of her culinary philosophy is ingredients from the local fields, forests, and barns, which she elevates to a new level with her sparkling imagination and skill. With her refined sense for details, she knows how to present local dishes in a slightly different way, with a heavy dose of tradition and just the right amount of modernity.
