Landerik

A young chef who honed his skills under Igor Jagodic (Strelec Restaurant), Bine Volčič (Monstera), and Mauro Colagreco (Mirazur Restaurant, France) before taking the helm at Ljubljana's Landerik. He is inspired by Slovenian cuisine and its first-rate, locally sourced ingredients. He presents the primal flavors of local produce on his trendy plates with great respect for tradition, yet always with youthful freshness and plenty of creativity. His cooking style can be described as a fusion of classic Slovenian tradition and modern approaches typical of haute cuisine.
