At the traditional guesthouse Mihovec, it will be particularly lively in November. On Saturday, November 9th, the main pots in the kitchen will be taken over by two young, ambitious students from the Biotechnical Educational Center in Ljubljana, who will prepare a Martin’s menu for you.
The entire month of November, a time for cleansing before the festive December, will feature "homemade dishes, different every day." Daily, they will cook different meals: on Wednesdays, dishes from the slaughter; on Thursdays, hearty soups; and on Fridays, veal liver.
