Adriatic Yellowfin Tuna Festival at Jadro Restaurant

We kick off on November 8th with a celebration of the great tuna, where the star of the evening will be the yellowfin tuna. This true giant, weighing around 100 kg, was caught in the Adriatic Sea and delivered exclusively to the restaurant for an unforgettable culinary experience. That evening, Restaurant Jadro will transform into a famous Tokyo fish market, where chef Dalibor Milenković will personally fillet the massive tuna before your eyes! You will also enjoy a tasting menu that highlights the freshness of the tuna and its natural flavour.
