The VigeVageKnjige publishing house and the independent bookstore Šiškla are located at the same address in Šiška. VigeVageKnjige is Slovenia's leading comics publisher, in existence since 2013, and it publishes up to 14 new titles a year for readers of all ages. Speciality: graphic novels.
Šiškla is a new bookstore offering a curated selection of 50+ Slovenian small and micro publishers and self-publishers, which means 1000+ titles that you can browse in the cosy atmosphere of the bookshop under the tower block, sipping coffee from a Kahla cup in a retro armchair while you wait for your toddler who's at the gym or having a music lesson.
