Tivoli Swimming Pool is located in Tivoli Park, not far from the city centre. This indoor swimming pool complex is used for training by Ljubljana swimming clubs and is also open to the public for recreational swimming when not being used by clubs. Three separate pools are available on the ground floor, covering a total area of 3,200 m2.
The large pool is used by swimming clubs for training and also by primary and secondary schools and university faculties, various swimming schools and recreational swimmers. The children’s pool is located next to it. The school pool is slightly removed from the main pool and children’s pool and has its own separate changing rooms and toilet facilities. For the most part, the school pool is used for swimming lessons for primary school students and as an extra training pool for swimming clubs.
Dimensions: Large pool: 25 x 21 m, depth 2 m, temperature 27°C. Children’s pool: 21 x 7 m, depth 0.70 m to 0.90 m, heated to 28°C. School pool: 16 x 8 m, depth 0.90 m to 1.10 m, heated to 28°C.
Other facilities: Reception, changing rooms with showers, toilet facilities, two exercise gyms (one large, one small), fitness centre, sauna, offices, massage facilities, martial arts training gym, bowling club, skatepark, outside sports areas, bar.
