The smaller arena within Tivoli Hall measures 3,000 m2 and is mainly used for ball sports. Facilities include offices for sports clubs, national sports federations and Ljubljana sports federations. The arena also has all the ancillary and technical premises necessary for the organisation of major sporting events: offices, commentary boxes and studios for radio and television crews, VIP area, changing rooms, equipment storage and two bars. The arena can hold up to 4,500 spectators.
As well as serving as a training venue for major Ljubljana clubs, Tivoli Hall is used for recreation, sports competitions and cultural events.
700 parking spaces is available in front of the two arenas of the Tivoli Hall complex.
