In Slovenian, Jaz, Jaz – Ana. In Arabic, Ana means Jaz. In the English language, it symbolizes fragrant flowers, a treasure bearer, and a strong, defined personality, while in Arabic, it embodies an unstoppable fighter who wants and must fulfill their desires, and consistently follows their principles. Jaz are the eyes.

Chef Ana Roš's culinary creativity, just like at Hiša Franko, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in the beautiful Soča Valley, also in JAZ by Ana Roš, is based on locally sourced food and light flavours.
