The name Cubo is otherwise well-known to gourmets, as it originally stands for one of the most favoured fine dining restaurants in Ljubljana. The concept of its creative culinary art has been successfully transplanted into the city centre, under the roof of the Cubo Hotel, whose restaurant offers seasonal daily menus based on selected and fresh local ingredients. Private dinner arrangements are possible, too.
