The family running this traditional gostilna-style restaurant open since 1850 also run a 30-hectare eco-farm producing all the basic ingredients used in the restaurant's seasonal cuisine, from flour to meat. The restaurant also offers home-made schnapps and premium Slovenian wines. On Fridays and Saturdays, Gostilna Mihovec hosts dance events with live music played by the in-house ensemble Mihovec.
