Burek Olimpija

Burek Olimpija is Ljubljana's most popular burek takeaway. Apart from classical burek, filled with minced meat, cheese or apples, it also offers the so called 'pizza burek', whose filling, invented by Albanian burek bakers in Macedonia, consists of tomato sauce, ham, cheese, and white button mushrooms. Burek Olimpija was the first burek takeaway in Ljubljana to offer pizza burek and it is still famed as the best pizza burek takeaway in town.
