A family-owned international bakery where all products are handcrafted, offering carefully prepared delights and serving coffee and tea. At Brot Bakery, you can find sourdough bread, traditional French croissants, sandwiches, and quiche. All products are freshly handcrafted daily by their master bakers, using only high-quality basic ingredients. Currently, they offer three types of sourdough bread: white, whole wheat, and Borodinsky bread with coriander seeds, and on Fridays and Saturdays, they also have buckwheat bread.

For something smaller, they offer rolls with black olives and cheddar cheese, as well as sesame seed rolls. For a snack or quick bite, you can choose from sandwiches with salmon or prosciutto and quiche with salmon, bacon, or vegetables. They also cater to vegans, offering vegan focaccia with tomatoes, rosemary, vegan cheese, and kimchi. A real favorite is their vegan sandwich with eggplant, sun-dried tomatoes, arugula, and artichokes.

Their house croissants are a true specialty, made following the classic French recipe, with plenty of high-quality butter and hand-rolled. You can choose from almond, walnut with raisins, plain, vanilla cream, chocolate, or jam-filled croissants, and on Fridays, they also have cuffins with passion fruit or raspberry and pistachio or salted caramel and peanuts.
