Ana in Slon is a funky pop up bistro in the center of Ljubljana. The charm of the most hospitable hotel in the city and the cooking philosophy of world-renowned and multiple-awarded chef Ana Roš, suitable for lunch, dinner or to enjoy signature cocktails and kombuchas. The concept is based on local ingredients, excellent and intense flavors, a relaxed environment and the creativity of Ana Roš's team.
