Team-X-Challenge

The Team - X - Challenge is a combination of outdoor orientation and team challenges designed to promote mutual communication, collaboration, and team harmonisation. A larger group is usually divided into several teams.

With maps and instructions, they search for defined spots in the countryside, where various challenges are set. After they successfully accomplish all tasks and challenges, they reach the meeting point, where they can relax and celebrate with an optional picnic or a meal, followed by the final presentation where the “winning team” is announced.
