At Ljubljana Tourism, we started measuring the economic impact of events in Ljubljana in 2023. By completing the form below, you'll assist us in calculating the impact for the past year.

Basic information

The number of participants, delegates or visitors (including participants and observers) who will spend at least one night.
Number of participants, delegates or visitors (including participants and observers) who will not be staying overnight. Each daily visit should be counted individually, even if the same visitor visits several times.
% Percentage of daily participants/visitors who are not from around the city. Spending by these participants is not included in the economic impact analysis.
Enter the total number of nights that have been contracted (or reserved if the event has already passed) within the room group. This optional input will be used as the minimum number of room nights created, while also allowing for the calculation of bookings outside of the room group.
Indicate the average daily room rate for participants' overnight stays. You can enter the agreed price for a group of rooms or the average market price.
Enter the estimated number of people per hotel room. It usually varies between 1 and 1.5 people per room.
