At Ljubljana Tourism, we started measuring the economic impact of events in Ljubljana in 2023. By completing the form below, you will help us calculate the impact for 2025 .
Thank you for your cooperation!

Enter the total number of nights contracted (or reserved, if the event has already occurred) within the room block, as well as the nights delegates booked outside the room block. This optional input will be used as the minimum number of room nights created, while also allowing for the calculation of bookings outside of the room block .

Destination / DMO hosting costs

In this section of the questionnaire, please only enter the costs borne by local institutions, such as the destination management organization (DMO), local facilities, or local authorities. These are costs directly related to the attraction, hosting, and support of the event. This includes expenses for services provided specifically for the event, such as any costs covered by local authorities or the DMO to support the event in terms of organization, promotion, and logistics, but do not include costs covered by other service providers, such as hotels, transportation companies, or catering services. If any financial incentives (e.g., subventions, discounts on accommodation or transport) were provided for the event, please include them in this section, but only if they were offered by local institutions or authorities.

This field represents reductions from market rates or rebates for specific services (e.g., venue discounts, catering discounts, transfer discounts, hotel discounts, etc.), which help lower the total hosting expenses.

This field represents funds paid out that are directly related to attracting or supporting the event. Cash incentives can range from funds spent on site visits and co-financing welcome drinks to covering local transportation costs for attendees.

This would include any services offered on a complementary basis, including security, AV, internet, or other function support
