A renowned global organization providing luxury hotels with recognition for their world class facilities and service excellence provided to guests. Awards are presented to luxury hotels in different categories on a country, continent and global basis in more than 50 categories. The aim of The World Luxury Hotel Awards organisation is to encourage and raise service standards within the luxury hotel industry.

Cubo Hotel features twenty six rooms /suites decorated in a modern, yet discreet style with a touch of sophistication, which is reflected in the choice of excellent materials and room amenities. A well-equipped conference room that can welcome up to fifty participants to business meetings can be privatised for other functions, too.

The name Cubo is primarily known to gourmets, as it originally stands for one of the most favoured restaurants in Ljubljana whose brand and creative culinary art were developed by Chef Boštjan Trstenjak. This concept was also applied to the Cubo Hotel restaurant, which offers seasonal menus influenced by contemporary Mediterranean fusion cuisine, based on selected and fresh local ingredients.
