SITE Incentive Summit Europe - prestigious event promoting incentive travel

Ljubljana Tourism was one of the organizing partners. The main purpose of the event was to present Slovenia as a top destination for incentive travel. This was the second time already that Slovenia hosted a SITE event - the first one was held in 2016.

A platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing and networking

Participants from 23 countries attended, including industry leaders, decision makers and experienced professionals in the field of incentive travel. The event offered a unique platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing and networking. Interesting lectures, interactive workshops, insightful discussions and activities aimed at discovering Slovenia were organized for attendees during a three-day programme.

To host such a prestigious event brings a tremendous responsibility as well as opportunity for Slovenia (and Ljubljana). The country can showcase all of its attributes (f.e. rich cultural and natural heritage, diversity, a strategic location in the center of Europe, excellent infrastructure and commitment to sustainable development) to the most relevant clients in the industry in order to become seen as a high-quality and an increasingly popular destination for incentive trips.
