5th Conventa show will begin in Ljubljana

The Conventa show brings together meeting industry suppliers of South East Europe with the demand from the rest of Europe. The new-look show, taking place this year, will offer meeting planners an opportunity to discover what this wonderful region has to offer.

This year the Conventa show celebrates its five-year anniversary. To mark the first editions of the main regional trade show, the Conventa programme is enriched with five novelties.

Introducing Conventa mingling

This year the Conventa trade show therefore introduces Conventa mingling that is designed to accelerate business introductions. In the last hour of the show, the Conventa participants have the opportunity to exchange business cards and therefore expand their pool of partners.

Launching Conventa Mayors' Forum

To politically highlight the economic and social impact the meeting industry has on destinations, Conventa invites mayors of South East Europe to attend the first Conventa Mayors’ Forum.

Hosting SEEPCO meeting

Conventa hosts the second SEEPCO meeting that connects South East European PCOs and gives them an opportunity to exchange experience and work together.

Presenting Conventa case study

Tony Rogers will launch a new edition of his book ‘Conferences and Conventions: A Global Industry’ at Conventa. This new, third edition of the book, that provides a comprehensive, in-depth analysis of the international conference industry, will also include 2 Conventa case studies showing the business model and idea behind the show.
