Gourmet Cup Ljubljana, which has been bringing together a passion for gastronomy and sports for the past nine years, will once again offer unforgettable experiences this year. From March 3rd to 4th, Krvavec will host top chefs, renowned winemakers, young talents, and passionate skiers. Organized by Jezeršek Catering in partnership with Ljubljana Tourism, RTC Krvavec, and Koželj, Hiša dobrih vin, this event not only delivers a top-tier culinary experience on the snow but also has a crucial mission – to promote and elevate the reputation of the hospitality profession among young people. At the same time, the event serves as an exceptional opportunity for hospitality professionals to connect and establish new business relationships.

M.Sc. Petra Stušek, CEO of Ljubljana Tourism, highlights: "Gourmet Cup Ljubljana significantly contributes to the promotion of gastronomy and the reputation and appeal of the hospitality profession, especially among young people. We are delighted that more and more hospitality schools are joining the event, allowing us to inspire young individuals for the profession in a dynamic environment alongside top chefs. Gastronomy is one of the pillars of tourism development and is becoming an increasingly important motivation for visitors to explore the capital and the wider region. To sustain and enhance this trend, innovative young talents will be key, as their creativity and expertise will help spread the excellence of our gastronomy even further. This effort will also be supported by the brand-new edition of Gourmet Ljubljana magazine, which features inspiring stories of our culinary heritage and modern trends."
