Typical Ljubljana dishes, which have been given a new life as part of the much-acclaimed Taste Ljubljana project, will be presented at eat! BRUSSELS, drink! BORDEAUX culinary festival, taking place from 10 to 13 September at the Warande park in Brussels.

The typical Ljubljana dishes such as Carniolan sausage and Slovenian potica will be presented by Prof. Janez Bogataj and prepared by chef Damjan Fink of Guesthouse at the Castle.
The programme of the fourth edition of the eat! BRUSSELS, drink! BORDEAUX culinary festival will will feature the delicacies of local restaurants, a gastronomic voyage to the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, a journey of discovery of the Belgian artisan know-how and an introduction to culinary specialties of bordering regions.
Taste Ljubljana project was featured at this festival for the first time in 2014, gaining much acclaim with its visitors and experts alike.
