Ljubljana shortlisted for the Interrail Destination award 2015

We are glad to announce yet another award nomination for Ljubljana. Eurail Group included our city into an online vote for the Interrail Destination Award 2015. The voting takes place on the Interrail Facebook page.

A judging panel made up of product experts from Eurail selected a number of preferred rail destinations which they offered to the vote, based on attractiveness of destination for the Interrail travelers, quality of rail infrastructure and an "insider” bonus for less-known destinations.
More than 220,000 people travel through Europe with Interrail each year. This popular European railway discount pass, originally founded as youth product in 1972, now includes 30 countries and is available for all age groups.
Eurail Group launched the Interrail Destination Award to increase awareness of Interrail and participating destinations among existing and potential customers. Everyone casting their vote for their favorite Interrail destination will get a chance to win an Interrail Global Pass.
