Vegan Flavours Promenade

This time, the Flavours Promenade, organized by the Salon Sauvignon festival, is dedicated to top-tier vegan cuisine. In one of the most beautiful shops in Ljubljana, the Rogaška 1665 showroom, you'll have the opportunity to meet chefs Vita VYBIHAL (TAVČI KUHNA), Mateja ULAGA (SOBANA, A ROOM FOR CULINARY INDULGENCE), and Jerica KLINAR (RESTAURANT TRIANGEL). You will enjoy a three-course menu paired with selected Slovenian wines. Prior to the Flavours Promenade, a free lecture on vegan cuisine will also be available.
