April Marmara is the musical alter ego of singer-songwriter Beatriz Diniz, who lives by the Tagus River in Lisbon. She creates folk music and explores themes of transience. Her latest album, "Still Life," the successor to her debut "New Home" from 2018, contains eight tracks full of cinematic soundscapes and vivid lyrics. In these songs, she reflects on the human relationship with nature and her place in the world. April Marmara takes listeners into a peaceful trance with hypnotic guitar riffs, only to awaken them with gentle melodies of cello and clarinet, and her unique voice.

Summer in Šiška is a series of free Wednesday evening concerts from July 10 to September 11, aimed at summer socializing and bringing people together. In good weather, visitors can cool off with a refreshing drink in the summer garden of Kavarna Kino Šiška. In case of rain, the music will be enjoyed under the roof of Komuna.
